"convert to SoftftRAID" is that on the primary drive that has two partitions OS El Capitan & eDrive? "convert to SoftftRAID" seem to work on partitions only, please correct me if I am wrong. "convert to Mirror" is that done on the secondary drive? I am still using the evaluation software for the moment. I ask as I have never used this software and whilst those with the knowledge it's very straight forward, it's not for us first timers.
