Send an email to support at softraid to open a case, and then send a support file with both the TB 4s connected. We can start there.

Hi, in advanced thank you for your help.

I created a volume on Soft Raid XT on an OWC Thunderbay 4, I have x4 4TB HDD in RAID 5.
The I created another volume just the same as the named before.

After that I created a RAID 5 on an Thunderbay 6, x6 10TB HDD. Also on XT.

However if I try to run both Thunderbay 4s, there's only one that mounts, the other one shows me the disks but doesn't mount the volume.
If I plug the Thunderbay 6 and x1 Thunderbay 4, they both mount.

Any insights on it?
