The DIY approach will save you, but you need someone on your end who is reasonably technical.

How valuable is the data? How old are your backups?

That can determine the value of effort.

This is a hardware RAID issue, and outside the scope of this forum.

One of the drawbacks of hardware RAID is this, it can be hard to disk. If you swap the enclosure or controller, you need to be very certain the disks are in the same order. and a failed controller is a single point of failure that makes it very difficult to recover from.

There are a couple software utilities that may be able to reconstruct your RAID from the disks.

One I have seen is RAID reconstructor. It may help. But you may need expert assistance. If you do not have anyone technical in house to DIY your recovery, recovery companies generally charge thousands of dollars to do a data recovery. ALmost worth purchasing new disks to copy the data to.

Good luck

Every time we turn it on it shows a different set of HD failed (please see attached pics). I thought was the controller so I bought a new one, but still same problem. Any advice/video/walkthrough that I can follow to save the data in the HD?

pics here: https://imgur.com/gallery/J4UMCqf
