See your other post. this is not SoftRAID, it is the file system, ExFat.

We have a thread where we discuss the suport file. It is not openable as it contains an emulator, so we can see your SoftRAID. The personal identifiable info in it is: your computer ID (from system Report), your name/email (which you can alter, but no point to that). And anything you see in the SoftRAID window. We also collect System log, recent kernel panics, the SoftRAID log and the partition maps on the disks. that is about all.
All are important to diagnose issues.

I just updated to SoftRAID XT 7.6 today as I was getting a warning about the beta soon to be expiring. Now my 32TB RAID 5 volume will not mount.

I have zero errors, no option to rebuild the array, nothing in the log file but when I launch SoftRAID the volume doesn't mount. When I try to mount the volume manually it tries about half a dozen times or so but then just stops and leaves the volume in unmounted state with no errors.

This is super annoying as it took 3 weeks to certify and verify the disks and I really don't want to have to go through that again. I have checked the system startup security and it allows kernel extensions, I have checked full disk access in "Privacy and Security" and it is enabled for SoftRAID, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SoftRAID and it made absolutely no difference.

I have generated a report for support and sent it to them but I am not very happy that the report is in a proprietary format that I cannot open (I work in data protection i want to know what data was used to generate the report - it is not ok to obfuscate that from a compliance perspective). Right now I am beginning to wonder if buying the OWC Thunderbay Flex 8 was a good idea given these issues and the stupid proprietary reports - seems like an expensive mistake at this point.

Need some answers from SoftRAID about what is going on and why I cannot open those reports...
