Hey Everyone,

I have SoftRAID for Thunderbay v 5.5.6 on a Thunderbay 4, connected via Thunderbolt 2, running four Toshiba 6TB disks in a RAID 5 configuration (I have two RAID volumes). Everything seemed fine, but when I upgraded to v5.5.6, I got an error message, and both volumes reported that disks were missing (and the missing disk seemed to change). I did not remove any disks (it's a 4-disk external array).

Since the error message, I verified the disk that is no longer associated with the RAID volumes, and it has no errors.

I'm not sure what to do now. All 4 disks in the Thunderbay are identical, and none are reporting errors ... How do I "reintegrate" the "missing disk" back into my RAID 5 array?

I'm running a 15-inch MacBook Pro (2016), MacOS 10.12.6. The Thunderbay 4 is connected via its Thunderbold 2 interface, and I have an apple Thunderbold 2 to Thunderbolt 3 converter so it can connect directly to the Mac.

From the SoftRAID software, I went ahead and generated a "Report for Tech Support" ... but I don't know if that was automatically sent or what. (it created a file and saved it to my desktop, which I tried to attached to this post (but couldn't) - do I need to email that to you guys?)

Thanks for the help!
