I bought in 10.2020 a thunderbay flex with 3 years of support. the soft raid version was 5 when I bought the system. then when soft raid 6 came out I got an updated serial to use soft raid 6 xt to use the bought thunder bay. now, when I try to get a soft raid 7 xt serial the system says, no your serial was updated. yes but only to version 6, what should I do with this when I run ventura? and don't come with, it costs time and money to develop new driver. I bought a system which needs the soft raid driver. how can I get the new serial 7 number from you? and I say it clearly, the thunder bay came with 3 years limited warranty, this time is not over?
