<p>We want users to manage their own license activation/deactivation from their own account now. Then they can deactivate old installations for example, any hour of night or day, without having to reach anyone.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Very frustrating purchasing hardware for several thousand dollars and being hindered by licence issues for software</p>
<p>I need to run to use the purchased hardware.</p>
<p>So how can I get a valid serial number?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When trying the Demo version, my Thunderbay drives are not recognised either</p>
<p>so again can't use the purchased hardware unless I get support from OWC</p>
