Hi all, my Thunderbay4 under Windows10 suddenly disappears after updating both softwares. Softraid also lost the licence serial number, I had to re enter it.
I can still see the disks of the Thunderbay into Softraid's main interface, but there is no Raid volumes available.
Also: MacDrive (that I've purchased because Softraid won't start with Paragon installed...) says it's unable to launch at the computer start, no matter what I do.
I need to access my Raid as soon as possible!
Try uninstalling MacDrive, and see if that helps.
I've unistalled MacDrive, but my Raid is still missing. SoftRAID sees the four disks of the Raid, but there is no Raid Volume.
I dont think there will be anyone to assist until Tuesday.

Finally the support found how to solve: uninstall the last version of the software and reinstall the previous one.
There's a way to avoid the constantly popping out window asking to update it again?
Again you have to check with the Windows team. Windows is my weak spot.
