Please run the Windows Diagnostic program, with the drive array/set connected. You can download it here: https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows

This should generate a .ZIP file - Have that ready for your tech when you get a response.

Several times i have had a system crash (Blue Screen!!) while copying files to a Mercury Elite Pro.
It is connected to a Dell Server running Windows Server 2019 Standard.
I am using SoftRaid 3.0.14.16 in Raid 5
This has been an ongoing problem.
The warning on the blue screen reads...ATTEMPTED SWITCH FROM DPC
If i leave the Mercury Elite Pro running and plugged in to the server after the hard shut down and startup it will happen again.
I find i need to unplug the Mercury and allow the system to fully get started and then if i start it up then all is well.
