Returned from my trip of over 4 months and it's saying I need a upgraded support plan and for 7 ??? It says expired the Oct 29th but I thought it was purchased forever? I been a long time customer can I get some sort of discount for the version bump it seems i'm being pushed into? I already paid for v7 long time ago and infact it was left broken for me for almost the entire year when the GUI wouldn't work because of some issue that still doesn't show any of my raid volumes and was supposed to be fixed long time ago.
If you did not upgrade MacOS, your license has not "expired" ,but your support and Upgrade access has. (assuming this unit is > 3 years old. So you won't be able to get newer versions.
What is the SoftRAID version you have installed currently?
@softraid-support 7.5 but it still doesn't show any of my drives in the GUI
Could I get a upgrade discount to whatever I need to get this thing updated and actually showing my RAID drives again? I haven't been able to use it for about a year due to that GUI bug that stuck me on version 7.5 forever.
@softraid-support It runs but doesn't show any of my RAID drives still...
Great news but how do I get this upgraded and with continued support? I paid for this a long time ago and haven't had a functional product for a year now. The beta says it will expire in some days.
@dfortney
Wait until we have a confirmed fix.
It appears we found the source of the blue screen problem in beta 6, a change in the MacOS development kit, so hopefully this beta fixes both the blue screen and "Monitor failed" problems.

Please let me know.
(look for b7, it may take a couple hours to get posted)
B7 has been posted a few minutes ago. Let me know.
Hey... I can finally actually see all my RAID disks for the first time in a year! Now how do I get the continued updates and support? Do you mind honoring my previous purchase since I didn't really get to use it the whole time I had it?
