Feels good to have my Softraid icon back on my desktop!!  Based on the last 45 days I consider this progress.

One thing is clear - I updated to Big Sur waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too soon

I've learned my lesson

Thanks

So I just went through a giant issue with my iMac Pro -- power shutting the computer down -- thought it was internal problem with Mac -- sent back to Apple and, of course they found nothing -- they reset to base (Big Sur Unfortunately) -- however the system seems to be work again -- the softraid see the drives -- the beta 6.05.53b is running ok (have not deeply tested for overheating issue yet) -- EXCEPT FOR THE DESKTOP ICONS... I see the label, and a square -- but the drives mount and I can access the data.

the Icon issue is a Big Sur bug. Many users report their next Big Sur update fixed it.
