Hi,
I just found that my RAUD 1+0 is degraded, with one drive missing. The lights on my Thunderbay 4 never worked, so I don't know which drive is bad.
The existing dives are identified as "ID 1, ID 2, ID 3" so I assume the bad one if ID 4. anyone know if this is the left-most or right-most drive when looking at it from the front?

Why do not the lights work? That is a fundamental feature in the enclosure. Did you install the drives yourself? How long have you had this?
Disk numbers are assigned randomly at startup, so you cannot use that to help. To identify drives, use the "Blink disk light" feature in SoftRAID. However, if the lights are not working, I am not sure if that will work, except by listening carefully. Click on disk 1 Blink, and listen. Then 2 and listen, etc. Hopefully you can identify by sound.
