Just installed 7.6.2 on an Intel Mac 2019 Pro running Sonoma 14.2. I do have some internal SATA drives. After installation the desktop appears normal and drives can be opened. Opening SoftRaid however shows this dialog.

Try generating a SoftRAID tech support file and attach it. Paste this into the terminal.app, you need your admin password. The file will be created on the desktop. I do not want the terminal text.
sudo softraidtool generatereport ~/Desktop/bob.stan.7.6.1.12.13.23.sr_supt
