I have a Orico enclosure with two 6TB drives, I am getting a I/o error and log says to replace drive. How do I identify which drive is bad? I see nothing that tells me which bay the drive is in or how to determine.

Does your enclosure have "activity lights"?
If so, use SoftRAID "blink disk light" to identify.
Of not, SoftRAID might show the serial number of the disk, but many USB enclosures do not pass that information through MacOS.
If nothing works, guess. If the wrong disk is removed, then swap it again.
