I submitted a tech support log. Overnight 1 of 4 (Sabrent Rocket NVMe 2Tb) ejected. I'm normally a PC guy (don't judge!), but as a result the disk isn't visible to the Mac Pro. It's used only for FCPX, but I leave jobs rendering overnight, so it's a pain when this happens. Is the SSD a dud, or should I check for something else? The whole lot is new, only been installed a couple of days.
Did you certify the disks first?
There is a known issue with some SSD's that they can eject, then show up again on a restart. I do not see the support file, so can you send it again?
I assume it immediately shows up if you unplug the cable, wait a few seconds then plug it in?
I would use a "disk label" in SoftRAID and see if it is the same disk that ejects (then you can replace it) or if it is random.
