How to convert raid to work on Windows 10?

I have a 16th 4 bay owc thunderbolt drive setup as raid 5 using softraid software on my iMac.

But I've sold my iMac (new owner will pick it up on monday) and going forward I will be using a windows laptop for the next several months (?)... at least until a new apple laptop refresh is released. I tried plugging in my raid drive to the windows laptop (which does have a thunderbolt connection) but it's not being recognized by Windows. What must I do so the drive and it's contents are recognized on my windows as a raid? I'm very new when it comes to raid so please do break it down for me.
