My Mac mini M1 with version 11.4 always reboots if I connect to my OWC drive with SoftRAID 6.0.5. Here you are the log and is there anyone who could help?

Does this happen as soon as you connect the enclosure, even if the system is already started up?
Is this a thunderbolt, or USB enclsoure? Attach the support file from the other problem, so I can start to look.

Here you are, thanks. BTW, I can connect to OWC thunderbay 4 mini well after bootup around 1 or 2 hours, don't know why?

If you connect right after restart, it crashes, but if you wait 1-2 hours, it works? that would be very odd.
Can you try this also wtih 6.1b3?

I met another issue and Mac M1 mini reboot itself, and the crash report only shows "SOCD report detected: (AP watchdog expired). Some article says it is related to external drives, but I don't know if it is correct or not.

Lots of users with this issue, I did not see any SoftRAID users among them.
Some speculated older USB devices, but you do not have any. I doubt this is related to SoftRAID or the SSD's, but of course, we cannot be certain. Maybe give a call to Apple, see if they have any ideas. The Forums don't seem to have any answers, or I would have you post there. We would be happy to work with any Apple engineers if they thought we were involved, but the only way to track this with M1's is essentially using two machine debugging.
