@rexbinary

I understand your frustration. We are both reporting this issue to Apple and researching this ourselves.

A user mentioned that the latest 11.5 beta fixed his issue, perhaps there is hope.

I hate to join the chorus here, but I'm having similar issues with the volume not mounting on SoftRaid 6.0.5 and Mac OS 11.4. I have SIP on the middle button, I've run csrutil disable, sudo rm -r /var/db/SystemPolicyConfiguration/KextPolicy, removed and reinstalled SoftRaid and drivers a couple times, and no luck. Report attached.

Let me know if I missed anything or if there are some other options.

Thanks.

@mgs

The driver is loading. The volume should be OK to mount. if it is not mounting, then the directory is damaged. The support file does not show clearly what is wrong.

Do you have access to Disk Warrior? It may be the best thing at this point. You can also try a restart. the clue that the driver is loading is in the expanded volume tile. Notice your volume has a disk identifier, disk8 in this case (this can change)

This is not the issue where the driver is blocked.

@softraid-support Thanks for the quick response. I'll check it with Disk Warrior.
