Hey Everyone-
Just installed Monterey 12.3 and my OWC Thunderbay 4 has been blinking and making a ton of noise since the update.
Is it indexing? Anyone else having similar issues?

Most likely indexing, yes. If it does not stop after a day, try deleting the spotlight index (disable spotlight on this volume) restart and see if it is gone. If so, you should be able to reenable spotlight, and after the volume is re-indexed, it should be OK.
