No Raid Disks after Monterrey Update from Big Sur

I have Raid Arrays in three OWC Thunderbay Enclosures.  After upgrading to Monterrey 12.1 on my 2019 MacPro none of the disks are visible.

Disk Utility shows no Raid Disks.

System Information shows the Thunderbay enclosures on the Thunderbird busses.

The Softraid log shows Jan 15 1319 - SoftRAID Driver: SoftRAID driver loaded, version 6.2.
Jan 15 1316 - SoftRAID Monitor: Starting SMART test on all disks which support SMART.
Jan 15 1316 - SoftRAID Monitor: Finished SMART test on all disks. No disks failed the SMART test.
Jan 15 1305 - SoftRAID Monitor: Starting SMART test on all disks which support SMART.
Jan 15 1307 - SoftRAID Monitor: Free trial of SoftRAID, will expire in 14 days
Jan 15 1311 - SoftRAID Monitor: Starting SMART test on all disks which support SMART.
Jan 15 1311 - SoftRAID Monitor: Finished SMART test on all disks. No disks failed the SMART test.
Jan 15 1329 - SoftRAID Application: Launching application: SoftRAID version 6.2
Jan 15 1350 - SoftRAID Application: Quitting application
Jan 15 1354 - SoftRAID Application: Launching application: SoftRAID version 6.2

The SoftRaid panel only shows the Apple drives.

The boot security is set to NONE.

I have tried to reinstall the driver with no change.  I cleared all SoftRaid settings from the Utility Menu and reinstalled the driver.  I got the message to Allow installation of software from developers.  I went to preferences and did that.  I rebooted - no change.

I am getting no messages about outdated extensions.

When drives do not appear, it is a hardware issue of some kind. You are correct, the Thunderbay's are showing up.

Check your cables again. I wonder if the drives are even spinning up?

SoftRAID reflects what macOS sees, so if they are not showing up in SoftRAID they are not available to macOS. this has nothing to do with drivers, etc. it is a physical issue.

As the computer boots, the two enclosures that are configured Raid 1/0 both show disk activity.  Then halfway through the boot progress with the apple logo, the bar hangs for almost 2 minutes.  Then the boot completes. If I boot in safe mode there is no delay. another curious thing is that once the computer is booted, if I try to open the SoftRaid installation DMG it won't open at all.  DMG's for other programs open fine.

@bob_stan

Do you know how to startup in verbose mode? (generally command v) then you can see what is stalling for the two minutes.

Download a fresh dmg and see if it opens. its just a DMG.

The problem is solved.  I downloaded another copy of the dmg, uninstalled SoftRaid and reinstalled it and now everything is working correctly. Thanks for your suggestions.
