I just watched your Youtube video on the certification process, to refresh my memory. It recommends disconnecting other drives during the certification process. Why is this? Most of my data is on external drives, and that would be *really* inconvenient, to say the least.

We recommend this because a user can carelessly certify the wrong disks. If you are careful, you can leave the other disks connected.
