Hi guys,
I'm trying to remove a failing disk. The Remove Disk option is grayed out. Here's a screen grab of what's going on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a RAID zero, a stripe volume, which has no redundancy.
You need to backup, delete the volume then create a new one with the replaced disk.
