I'm running a macbook pro with OS 10.11.6. I have Lacie Raid Manager installed. I need to transfer some files from a Thunderbay 4 drive that was setup using SoftRAID 5 to a Lacie 5Big drive.
Can I safely install SoftRAID 5 on the same computer without any conflicts with Lacie Raid Manager?

Yes. The LaCie manager is only for configuring the hardware and is not a disk driver.
