My Thunderbay X12 with 24 TB is only showing 11 drives. I can still access the data, but how do I access the missing NVMe drive? The volume is shown as degraded without any errors.

Looks like Drive 12 has failed. Select all 11 remaining disks and "add disk label". SoftRAID will auto number them.
Now unmount and after a bit, unplug the X12. Wait 5 minutes and plug it in. Does the 12th blade appear? (this helps identify it)
If it does not, one has failed and it needs to be replaced, likely under warranty.
