Really sad for a long time customer to dish out 99,- for a software upgrade to SoftRAID version 6. I paid 150,- for version 5 and now the upgrade was 99,-?
I run two Thunderbolt 4 cases which I bought brand new so I could run SoftRAID 6 XT on those but no upgrade path to that. Nooo, I had to upgrade to the full SoftRAID 6 Pro version.
Talking abount a bad customer experience, THIS IS ONE!
Yes I am p*ssed, a photographer who does not have much work in this pandemic.
