I had a power outage recently, with my OWC Thunderbay 4 plugged into a surge protector. After the outage I unplugged the surge protector and didn't plug in until the power was reliably back on. After plugging in, three of my four drives are no longer recognized by macOS and show zero signs of life when plugged into to the Thunderbay. No lights, noise, vibration, beeping. Looking at the logs from SoftRAID, I see this:

2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: A disk (disk11, SoftRAID ID: 0AFD97F92598FB00) for the SoftRAID volume "RAID 2026" (disk15) was removed or stopped responding while the volume was mounted and in use.
2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: A disk (disk14, SoftRAID ID: 0AFD97F925D8CB80) for the SoftRAID volume "RAID 2026" (disk15) was removed or stopped responding while the volume was mounted and in use.
2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: A disk (disk13, SoftRAID ID: 0AFD97F9256E2680) for the SoftRAID volume "RAID 2026" (disk15) was removed or stopped responding while the volume was mounted and in use.
2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: SoftRAID determined that there is a problem with your Mac. Turn off sleep in the Energy Saver pane of System Preferences to prevent this problem from occurring.
2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: A disk (disk12, SoftRAID ID: 0AFD97F925A5A900) for the SoftRAID volume "RAID 2026" (disk15) was removed or stopped responding while the volume was mounted and in use.
2026.06.07 - 16:28:56 - SoftRAID Driver: SoftRAID determined that there is a problem with your Mac. Turn off sleep in the Energy Saver pane of System Preferences to prevent this problem from occurring.

The disk that shows AFTER the first "Determined there is a problem" error is the only disk that is recognized. Is it possible this is a software issue? Any recommendations from others?

SoftRAID will show you the disks that MacOS sees. If it only has one disk from your enclosure in the disks column, its hardware.
what I would do is use "blink Disk Light" to see which disk is showing up, by which light is blinking.Swap that disk, with any other. Does the new disk show up, or the same one? It will tell you whether you have 3 bad disks, or a bad encolsure.
