I have been a long time customer of SoftRAID with my OWC enclosure. I decided I would look into renewing my support, but I am only offered the option to repurchase at full retail price for $249, is this expected that I can't just renew (aka upgrade) my existing license support plan?

Post your license. (I will delete it) and I can see about fixing this.

This seems to have resolved itself in the licensing system and I was able to renew today.
