Topic title says it all. Cannot connect to SMTP server. Following "iCloud" preset and Apple SMTP server instructions. Not sure what else to try. LMK. Thanks.

I was wondering when this question would come up.
Using gmail, outlook, or Apple mail requires an Application specific password. I think we have a link in the error dialog box to a help page from Apple on how to set this up.
Note: Creating an application specific password requires your phone has 2 factor authentication enabled.
