I am wanting to set up my new Thunderbay 4 with SoftRAID using my Windows 10 machine, but once configured, I will be using the device on MacOS.
I am not finding any information about if this is possible, and I don't want to waste time setting everything up incorrectly.
Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you!

Just use APFS or HFS as the file system and you will be OK. Our volumes are totally compatible to move from one to the other.
