Downloaded SoftRAID 8 for a trial run and when launching it it complains and requires a quit/relaunch, but it continues to failed all the time in exactly the same way. I'm using the new M3 Ultra Studio. See attached file to view the error I get every time.

May I suggest that this URL link explaining how to resolve the issue I raised in my OP be included with the error notice that I gave as an attachment. This would mean potential new SoftRAID customers aren't faced with logging into this forum for help. This would save time for them, as it did for me.
BY THE WAY.... the URL link did a pretty good job and pointed me to System Preferences to resolve things, yet I still had to fuss about some to get SoftRAID up and running regardless of the help given in the URL reference.
No matter, thank you for your quick response.
We are considering it, but would rather fix the root cause of this, which we are still investigating.
