Have two Thunderbays that were on separate Macs. Now on one Mac. I can renew one SoftRAID 8 Standard but second will not show it is renewed. They have two different dates to renew, about three weeks apart. How do I get this to work on one mac.
Standard is permanent licenses. Can you clarify? Are these Premium licenses? or one of each? I only see Standard licenses active on your account, which do not ever expire.
Hello, We had Premium licences due to purchasing the ThunderBay and drives. That expired. Since then we get the Standard licenses. I am now guessing that if the Premium License expires, the standard will kick in?

Yes that is how it works. However, to avoid "reminder" notices, just get yourself a Standard license (which I think you did), to avoid those.
