Yesterday I renewed my subscription. I cannot activate SoftRaid Premium and the license site says that the license has expired but my subscription is active. There is no seat option on the page. I have tried to re-enter the serial number in the app but no luck.

A big thank you to the OWC support team. I reported the problem and within a few hours they acknowledged that there was a bug in my license. They deleted it and offered me a new one, which now works.
