I have about 3TB of a 6TB WD drive filled. I have two new 6TB drive and would like to set up a 3TB mirrored setup. Will SoftRAID allow me to plug in the two new drives and copy the one drive? Also, after I am done, will it automatically copy to the two new drives anything added? Does one drive act as a primary?

If you have 3TB of data, you do not want a 3TB Mirror. Did you mean you have a 6TB volume (the amount of files inside it is not material) and want to create a 3 drive mirror volume from it? Or do you want to migrate the data to a 3 drive 6TB mirror volume?
