Trying to set up the raid but got a degraded missing disk error. Now there are only three disks in the list...AND, I cant seem to certify the other three. Where is the missing disk and how do I get it back?

Attach a SoftRAID tech support file and I can take a look (Utilities menu)
apparently a disk failed.
