I have yet to purchase SoftRAID.
I only need to setup a RAID 0 for performance and will be backing up the striped volume to another drive so don't need any redundancy.
Is the RAID 0 performance identical in Lite vs Full version?
Is their an upgrade option if deciding to move from lite to full version down the track or would I need to make a whole new purchase?

Performance is identical.
There is an upgrade option, yes. Full credit within 30 days, after 30 days there is a $20 credit towards the purchase of SoftRAID.
