Was previously Ventura beta with SoftRAID beta, everything working a charm. Updated to non-beta Ventura and V7 SoftRAID, and it looks like a panic crash has returned (it has been stable for weeks, nothing obvious changed):

There was a new 13. beta yesterday. Give that a try.

@softraid-support Updating to 13.0.1 appears to have done the trick, I'll keep an eye on it.
