Running Ventura 13.6 on a M2 Studio, OWC 8 Bay Thunderbolt drive with 4 drives at Raid 5.

The system has a kernel panic and crashes every night. System has also crashed restarted randomly during the work day.

Have scoured these forums and cannot find an answer.

Attached is a SoftRaid Report for Tech Support. Forum will not allow upload of Crash Report, even though file was saved as Plain Text in TextEdit. So here are the first few lines:

Are you willing to capture what is called a "core Dump" from your computer next panic? It takes some setting up, but not that hard, I have detailed instructions.

If so, open a support case with softraid.com/support

We may need to raise this with Apple. And they may require upgrading to Sonoma, are you willing to do that?

@softraid-support

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, I would be willing to capture a "core dump" from the next panic (happened again over the weekend)

Yes, we would be willing to upgrade to Sonoma, although we are in the middle of a project and that could cause issues with Avid and DaVinci. But we're willing to try it if there is a realistic chance it will put an end to these daily kernel panics.

Thank you, I have opened a support case as instructed with the same subject heading: "Kernel Panic every night"

@primitive

I will look for it. Hopefully Avid supports Sonoma....
