I have had to rebuild my RAID 5 Volume on a ThunderBay 4 after a file system corruption following a computer crash. The volume appears to build correctly, and the 4 disks all check out ok. However, the volume does not mount, so it is inaccessible in Windows Explorer. The 4 drives and the "Raid Volume" (Disk 5) are visible in Disk Manager. Is this a known bug and is there a workaround so I can mount it and recover my lost data from my backup?

You need to open a formal support case for this. I do not know if this is a known issue, I do not think so, but the active support people can tell you more definitively.
