Over the last few days, with no particular catalyst, my Thunderbay6 raid5 array ejects all mounted volumes.
Not sure what is causing the problem as it started out of the blue. (Possibly with update to 10.15.3).

If this just started, there are two most likely triggers:
Loose cable
NVRAM problem.
Check all your cabling and make sure it is tight.
Reset NVRAM (like PRAM, command option PR at startup)

I thought it was cabling, as the tb3 cable was quite taught.
Fixed that, and, now this morning it happened again. Will reset the PRAM and report back.
