We broke our RAID and had all of our drives configured as individual volumes. Then, weeks later, we upgraded to Catalina from Mojave. On launching SoftRAID and restarting, we somehow lost all of the volumes. The OWC enclosure shows as connected in System Profiler, but none of the disks show up in Disk Utility. We were going to uninstall SoftRAID to see if the drives would then become unavailable, but we're running into the "Limited SoftRAID Driver Running" issue, and we do not currently have physical access to the computer to disable Secure Boot or SIP, so we cannot access the uninstall option in the menu.
I suspect this is the issue:

This fix does not work for me. Any other fixes? My mac drive is APFS so it wont view it. I cant reinstall the driver. Not sure what else to do?
Attach a SoftRAID tech support file and I can take a look.
