updated to v6.01 through check for updates option on b52. V6.01 release installed. However, when opening the application get spinning wheel then error popup ("An internal part of the SoftRAID Monitor has stopped functioning properly. Please quit SoftRaid and relaunch it."
Quitting, relaunching, rebooting, uninstalling, reinstalling does not work. Full disk access for 6.01 enabled.
Can still read and writer my raid disks though. Just can't open the Softraid app.
Any suggestions?
Mac Pro 2019, Big Sur 11.2.3
OWC raids.

Attach a SoftRAID Tech support file and we can take a look.

Resolved it by removing the SoftRAID folder from root Library/Application Support folder and by removing full disk access for SoftRaid 6.01 in Security Settings on Mac. It then installed normally.

Unfortunately the problem has reoccurred with Softraid 6.03. Same error message in first post with a pop up message where the only button that can be selected is "Quit". Therefore, cannot generate a SoftRaid tech support file from the application.;
Advice would be appreciated. Do I need to do a manual install of everything?

then you can "uninstall SoftRAID to remove all the components. there are a fair number of components to a terminal uninstall.
