I just purchased my upgrade to SoftRAID 8 and installed it on to my Mac Studio M1 Ultra (running Ventura 13.4.1). Unfortunately I cannot get SoftRAID to update the driver version to v8.0. It's stuck at v7.5. I have tried completely uninstalling all SoftRAID components, and then reinstalling. Same thing. I have also noticed, now being back on v7.5 that the Reinstall SoftRAID driver and Uninstall SoftRAID driver options under "Utilities" are completely greyed out. Not sure why.
I did a SoftRAID v8 installation/upgrade on an older Intel Mac running Monterey simultanously and that was no problem. SoftRAID v8.0 driver installed fine after a restart. What's going on here?

There is no problem. MacOS versions now determine what driver loads. You are on Ventura, which loads 7.5 driver.
Sonoma loads 8.0 after you upgrade to 14.4. this is the process moving forward.
