I installed a Accelsior 4M2 into a Windows Work Station based on a SuperMicro X10DAC motherboard. In addition to the built in LSI SAS controller I have an LSI MegaRAID 9460-16i controller. I have 64 Gigs of ECC memory installed. I downloaded to SoftRAID XT software for Windows and installed it. It then said I needed to reboot to complete the installation of the software. When I rebooted, I got the Blue Screen.
I went into Safe Mode to try and uninstall the SoftRAID program, but this failed as did attempts to repair the installation. I could not attach the log files from both the uninstall failure and the repair failure because I got the message these file types not allowed. I then went in and deleted all the files in the SoftRAID directory, but still get Blue Screens when I try to boot the computer, which I can only use in safe mode.
Can you fill in a support file here:

Get back to me if you do not get a prompt answer, I can help expedite your case.
I talked with a very nice person at OWC a little more than a month ago. I sent them the items they asked for, but have received no further response about how to get SoftRAID working on my Windows 10 Pro workstation.
I have sent a number of follow up emails to Drew M. but have received no response. I hope he is well.
@softraid-support Thank you, I look forward to hearing from him.
I just came across something similar to this with my Windows 10 Pro workstation.
The Accelsior 4M2 was working fine, and out of no where the Windows system BSOD'd. Then it would just reboot and crash and loop that. I even tried going into safemode and that would BSOD. After removing the card from the system, I got the Windows system back (and am currently typing this on the Windows system).
The only thing I think took place is that I tried to update to the latest build of the SoftRAID 8.3 install. I'm not sure if that was the cause, but that was the only thing I think I changed in the recent past before the crashing.
SoftRAID version installed is 8.5.1.5

Can you download the support file generator for Windows and try posting it?
Run the Windows Diagnostic program with the drives connected. You can download it here: https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows
This should generate a .ZIP file
