i attach here log for support be cause i cannot upload directly here.
please tell me how to rebuild it, i have 8tb of datas, most of them are backupped but not all, and i would like to not redo that work.
The problem is a Mac OS bug which we have seen over the years, where we can reproduce it, where the Disk Utility tool can attempt to erase an APFS volume as HFS. We have also seen it on some macOS upgrades.
I cannot tell what really happened here. Its likely you can recover the volume data using Disk Drill, or R-Studio.
Do you remember what command in the App you used to get this error?

Sorry about this. You can attempt Disk Warrior, but do not purchase it if you do not own it, as I would guess less than 50% that it can "repair" the volume.
i'm browsing with firefox, i not use any other tool in this moment, now i'm trying to recover data with disk drill, i cross the finghers.
thanks for answer.
Scan with Disk Drill is free, you do not need to pay until you recover. What you need to make sure is all the "structure" is there. (file names/folders). a recovery is useless if it cannot get the structure.

thanks, i just have a license of Disk drill, i hope to recover file, not need folder structure, most of files are backupped, but i need to find aome after effects project and some psd (sorce for this project), and few others files. but obviously it's not easy to do but i hope.
if i can rebuild structure is better.
disk warrior not work on apfs, then isn't useful to me.
update : after 27 hours of scan, what is recognized like folders and structure, nothing good, all files damages.
others unnamed files are good, now long session of rebuild what i need.
Try R-Studio in trial mode. See if it can scan better. You do not pay, unless you see a result that looks better than Disk Drills.
the problem was the volume was overwritten in the directory area, and APFS scatters files everywhere.
Sorry you have a bad result here.
