I'm new here. I need Softraid 5.6.9 to fix it but my tech has moved on and I don't know where to find it.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Gary

There is no release of 5.6.9. That is the version bundled with macOS.
What version of MacOS are you running? Are you using a Thunderbay?
(You may have an XT version of SoftRAID license)
