Faulty test??

I recently added 2x12TB drives to my system. Several days into the "certify" step my computer crashed (unrelated). Starting SoftRAID backup, I was hoping it would just continue but apparently not. Since I'm only in town for a couple for days I decided that a pass and a half was good enough so I raided them up and copy the data I wanted there on them.

Since then I've received multiple messages about two drives failing the S.M.A.R.T. test and to open SoftRAID for details. I opened SoftRAID and...nothing. No errors reported on any drives.

Is there something I'm supposed to do here? I'm confused.

Thanks

There could be a problem in the Application not displaying the data correctly, but SMART failures are reported by the drives.

Send a support file to us (support at softraid), and we can take a look at why. The forum is not so good at this, as you cannot attach support files.

Its the problem that we do not show the results of SMART checks on Fusion drives and it is actually an SSD that is failing the internal startup disk is actually failing SMART, but the SoftRAID application is not able to display that, because it is part of a Fusion drive.
