replaced a drive that didn't certify. However after replacing, 2 of the 3 volumes don't work.
Vol 1: Raid 1+0 Status: Rebuilt & Works flawlessly
Vol 2: Raid 4 Status: degraded. no errors•rebuilding, waiting for mount
It won't mount or rebuild
Vol 3: Raid 4 Status: degraded • needs rebuilding, no errors
It won't rebuild manually or automatically

Use Disk Warrior to repair the directories. Unmounted volumes cannot rebuild. SoftRAID requires a volume be mounted to perform a rebuild.
I suspect something minor is wrong with the other volume, that is interfering with the rebuild. After you run Disk Warrior, it may be OK.
