I was getting read/write speeds in the 800 mbs on my T2 MacBook pro but when
I move the raid to my T3 HP Z4 G4 I get write speeds in the 70 mbs & 800mbs reads. Any Idea why drastic drop on MacDrive Pro?

Read this thread, it has instructions to remove your SoftRAID driver and components from quarantine.
I am pretty sure that is the issue.

Not quarantined according to terminal. The unit runs great on Mac but on Windows using MacDrive pro write speeds are less than 30mbs.

That is a dramatic drop.
Contact MacDrive Support and ask about this. This is an area I do not know about.
Typically, their driver runs at the same speed as NTFS, so there should not be such slow performance. Let us know what you learn. I can ask the developer to review this if necessary.
