Has anyone had any experience emailing SoftRaid support? Did they respond? I am feeling very frustrated because I have sent multiple emails to support@softraid.com for help and after 1 month I still haven't received any response.
I purchased the full version of SoftRaid V5.5. and was under the impression that email support was included.
Any insight would be appreciated.

We searched our archives and all we have received is a single email from this address, dated January 5, (which was caught by our ISP's spam filter unfortunately, so a delay in responding), which was responded to January 6 in the AM.
If there were additional emails, they were not received by support.
We try to reply to all emails within an hour or less, sometimes it takes a few hours, but never more than 24 hours is our goal.
We apologize if we missed any email from you, but perhaps they were never received on our end.
