Yesterday I reported an issue with Softraid 6.0.5 and macos 11.4.. My volume does not mount. My request was at 10:24. The first answer I received at 16:05. Unfortunately my problem could not be solved. I got the last mail at 19:20. Nothing happened since. Does anybody care ??

We are handling your case as best as possible.
We do not yet understand this Big Sur issue, when it refuses to auto load the driver, despite going through all the correct procedures.
We have a clue on this and have asked Apple for assistance, but in the meantime, it is a problem with the only solution being to keep trying to uninstall/install the driver, which is very frustrating, so I don't ask users to do that. We are looking the actual cause of this issue.
